This Week’s Focus

Memory - None

Religion - We start Unit 5 and will cover lessons 49 -51 this week.

Language Arts - See attached sheet

Spelling – Consonant Patterns wr, kn, gn, st, mb

Handwriting – This week we will continue our capital cursive letters.

Math - We are starting on division this week.  We start by going through different ways to think about division.

Science - We continue our study of space with lessons 3 and 4.

Happy New Year!!  I am praying that you had a great break.  We dive right back in as we return to school this week.  Please note that we have seven days left in this quarter.  If your student was absent those last few weeks before Christmas break, please make sure to get work in to me ASAP.  I would ask that as we finish out the school year, you send in healthy snacks with your students.  Please no candy or super sugary items.
