May 15 - 19

This Week’s Focus

Memory - Psalm 18:2

Religion - This week we will start learning about how God makes us his witnesses with lessons 97-100.

Language Arts - We will be reading through Charlotte’s Web throughout the rest of the school year.  We will answer some comprehension questions and chapter summaries together each day.

Spelling – We are done with spelling for the year.

Handwriting – This week we will finish up our daily practice sheets and write our letters to Mrs. Maddick in pen and cursive.

Math - This week we have a test on Monday over time, volume, and mass.  We will then be studying quadrilaterals.

Social Studies - This week we will continue our unit studying cultures around the world.

We are getting so very close to the end of the year, but we still have things to learn.  This week's work will go into the grade book, so make sure you are still putting forth your best effort.
