This Week’s Focus

Memory - 1 Corinthians 11:28 & John 6:37

Religion - This week we continue Unit 8 and start Unit 9 with lessons 94-97.

Language Arts - See the attached sheet, our grammar topic this week is punctuating dialogue.

Spelling – Related Words

Handwriting – This week we continue practicing our cursive handwriting.

Math - We learn about graphs in chapter 14 this week.  We will do lessons 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Social Studies- We finish Chapter 5 over making communities better.

Science - We start chapter 10 over the weather and the water cycle.

Our attention and effort are greatly slipping.  I talked with the class on Friday that we have two more weeks of regular class and we need to work hard.  I want their final grades to be an accurate representation of their abilities.  I pray that we can finish the school year strong with a positive attitude and perseverance.
