January 31 - February 4

This Week’s Focus

Memory - The Fifth Petition of the Lord’s Prayer and Meaning

Religion - We will continue in Unit 4 with lessons 57-60

Language Arts - See attached sheet.

Spelling – Suffixes

Handwriting – This week we continue learning our capital cursive

letters.

Math - We will finish up our study of division with a test on Tuesday. 

We will then begin our study of area.

Science - We will complete our chapter over Matter with a test on

Thursday.

CLS needs your help.  We are asking families to think about

getting a hard copy of our Open House flyer and post it at your work

or somewhere in your community.  We are trying to get the word out

about our school and we would greatly appreciate your help in doing

so.  You can send Mr. Parris, Mrs. Seeck, or me a message and we will

send home hard copies of the flyer.
