This Week’s Focus

Memory -Matthew 1:21-22 and John 3:16

Religion - This week we continue Unit 4 with lessons 44-47

Language Arts - See the attached sheet.

Spelling – Suffixes

Handwriting – This week we continue learning our cursive capital letters.

Math -This week we finish chapter 3 with a test on Tuesday.  We will then be practicing our multiplication until Christmas Break.

Social Studies - This week we are finishing up chapter 3 on how geography affects our community.  Students will create a brochure for one of the places that we studied in class.  We will finish the unit with a test on Friday.

This week we have the Christmas Luncheon on Wednesday afternoon.  I am still in need of drivers for this trip.  I need transportation for 9 more kids.  If you are available to help please let me know.

Next week is also our Christmas concert at school.  Doors open at 6:00.  My classroom door will not be open until 6:15, so please keep your student with you until then.
