September 5-8

This Week’s Focus

Memory - Books of The NewTestament

Religion - This week we will discuss the Bible and what it means to be a Christian in lessons 5 & 6.

Language Arts - See attached sheet.

Spelling – Plurals

Handwriting – This week we will be practicing different cursive handwriting strokes.

Math - Estimating sums and differences are up this week.  That will finish off chapter 7, so we will have a review on Thursday and Friday.

Social Studies - This week we will talk about states and capitals.

This week we continue our learning journey.  The students did well last week learning routines, and I look forward to that continuing this week.  There is an Open House, Dinner, and PTL on Thursday night this week.  Please come in to see what we have been working on, enjoy some food, and learn about what is to come this school year thanks to our PTL.
